Acceptance of Terms
Agreement
By accessing or using any TricklAI micro app or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our services. By using TricklAI, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Platform & Services
Micro Apps Ecosystem
TricklAI provides a suite of SaaS applications that work together within a unified ecosystem. Each app may have specific features, limitations, and pricing as described in the respective app documentation.
SMS Communication Platform
All SMS communications across our micro apps are managed through TricklAI's centralized platform. By using any of our apps that send SMS messages, you authorize us to send messages on your behalf and process all communication data.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice. We are not liable for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuances.
Third-Party Integrations
Our apps may integrate with third-party services. Your use of such integrations is subject to the third party's terms and conditions, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
User Responsibilities
Acceptable Use
You agree to use TricklAI services only for lawful purposes. You will not use our platform to send spam, harassment, illegal content, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
SMS Compliance
When using our SMS platform, you must comply with all applicable telecommunications regulations, including TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and carrier requirements. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent before sending messages.
Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content you create, send, or store through our platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights to use and distribute such content.
Security
You must take reasonable measures to protect your account, including using strong passwords and not sharing credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Prohibited Activities
Unlawful Use
Using our services for illegal activities, fraud, deception, or to violate the rights of others is strictly prohibited.
Spam & Abuse
Sending unsolicited messages, spam, phishing attempts, or abusing our SMS platform in any way is not permitted and will result in immediate termination.
System Interference
Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the proper functioning of our platform or security measures is prohibited.
Reselling
You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label our services without explicit written permission from TricklAI.
Billing & Payments
Subscription Plans
Each micro app may have different subscription tiers and pricing. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.
SMS Usage Charges
SMS messaging may incur additional usage-based charges depending on volume and destinations. You will be notified of applicable rates before charges occur.
Payment Methods
You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for all fees. You are responsible for keeping payment information current and valid.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We may provide refunds at our discretion for specific circumstances or as required by law.
Late Payments
Failure to pay fees may result in service suspension or termination. We reserve the right to charge late fees and interest on overdue amounts.
Intellectual Property
Our Rights
All content, features, and functionality of TricklAI and our micro apps are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create. By using our services, you grant us a license to use, store, process, and display your content solely for providing services to you.
Trademarks
TricklAI, our logos, and product names are trademarks. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about our services become our property and may be used without compensation or attribution.
Data & Privacy
Data Processing
We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data you provide is accurate.
SMS Data
All SMS communications through our platform are processed and stored on our servers. We maintain logs for service delivery, analytics, and compliance purposes.
Data Backup
While we maintain regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical data. We are not liable for data loss.
Data Export
You may request export of your data at any time. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data before it may be permanently deleted.
Limitation of Liability
Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Liability Cap
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or use of our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
SMS Delivery
While we work with reliable carriers, we cannot guarantee delivery of all SMS messages. We are not liable for undelivered, delayed, or misdirected messages.
Consequential Damages
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Termination
Your Right
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your access to services will cease.
Our Right
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, all rights granted to you cease immediately. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
No Refunds
Termination by us for cause will not entitle you to any refund of prepaid fees.
General Provisions
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with commercial arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.
Entire Agreement

Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
